This position supports all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The Assistant Director serves as a thought partner to senior leadership and a trusted resource to managers and staff across the organization. This role requires demonstrated experience in guiding projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
