Requirements: Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field., • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required., • Experience in the social services field is preferred., • Familiarity with psychological diagnoses and medications is a plus., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)., • New York State Driver’s License and the ability to travel across Nassau/Suffolk Counties. Working Conditions : • 35 Hour Workweek, • Flexible Hybrid Schedule: Monday: 9 am – 5pm REMOTE (Off on weeks where Saturdays are scheduled) Tuesday: 9 am -5 pm Wednesday: 12:30 – 8:30 pm Thursday: 12:30 – 8:30 pm Friday: 9 am -5 pm REMOTE Must work two Saturdays per month (Monday off those weeks). Job Description Dialysis Technician Per Diem Queens-Long Island Renal Institute, located on the lobby level of the renowned Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, New York, is seeking Per Diem Hemodialysis Technicians to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Hemodialysis Technician, with at least one year of experience on a dialysis unit. All CCHTs must also maintain CPR Certification.
