Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork., • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Tatiana, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing efficiency., • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business., • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets., • Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate outstanding menus that align with Tatiana's culinary vision and exceed guest expectations., • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team., • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards., • Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive innovation and enhance the guest experience., • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment., • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team., • Exceptional customer service skills and a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships., • Solid business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with staff, customers, and stakeholders., • A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and compliance., • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach., • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
