We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Warren, NJ and surrounding Somerset County towns. Why Join Imagination ABA Therapy? * Flexible per diem scheduling — build your caseload based on availability * Competitive $75–$100/hour pay range based on experience * Full caseloads available in Warren, Bridgewater, Watchung, and nearby towns * Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced BCBA-led leadership team * CentralReach (CR) provided for documentation, planning, and communication * Opportunities for leadership, supervision, and program development * No billing quotas or minimum hour requirements * Administrative and scheduling support provided * Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) * Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans * Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians * Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers * Maintain insurance-compliant documentation in CentralReach * Adjust programs based on data and team input * Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process) * Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field * Experience in home-based or community ABA settings preferred * Strong supervision, documentation, and communication skills * Organized, reliable, and committed to family-centered, ethical ABA care * $75–$100/hour, based on experience and caseload * Sign-on bonus after 90 days * Referral bonuses for new clients or staff * Travel stipends for longer case distances * Paid opportunities for assessments, trainings, and supervision * CEUs and in-house professional development offered * No minimum billable hours or quotas * Remote flexibility for treatment planning and documentation * Autonomy in your caseload with full agency support
