First Connect Health is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Dallas, Texas. • Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 12/29/2025, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel Specialty - Cath Lab Location - Dallas, TX Duration - 13 weeks Shift Type - Days Shift Notes 10 hour shifts / 40 hours guaranteed Weekend Req. - Schedule to be determined by facility On Call Req. - Possible call RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct specialized examinations in cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular studies, and/or electrophysiology studies., • Serve as a lead worker and resource to medical and clinical staff as needed., • Collaborate with the intra-procedure team to provide safe patient care, consistently participating in Universal Protocol and site marking identification (when applicable)., • Assist with identification, preparation, and draping of patients, and room preparation for routine procedures., • Read physicians’ orders/protocols, communicate with physicians on protocols for routine procedures, and select equipment in accord with protocols and regulatory standards., • Maintain and calibrate equipment, institute and record all preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshoot, and report or seek repair to maintain equipment operability. Conduct maintenance on special procedures equipment and calibrate prior to each procedure., • Identify ways to improve work processes and improve customer satisfaction, making recommendations to supervisor, implementing, and monitoring results as appropriate., • Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, and maintaining certification or licensure., • Minimum 1 year of experience in Special Procedures or Cath/EP cases – REQUIRED., • ARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS & State of TX Medical Radiologic License – REQUIRED., • Experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath/EP Lab setting – Preferred., • ACLS (AHA), • ARRT, • BLS (AHA), • RCIS, • State License Required: Texas (Must be active at time of submission. Compact allowed).
