Trustpoint is partnering with a leading national law firm in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys within a busy insurance litigation practice in its Dallas, TX office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling complex matters involving catastrophic injuries and defect litigation. Hybrid Schedule Salary: Starting at $85,000, depending on experience Position Overview The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with experience reviewing medical records and supporting complex litigation matters. This role requires the ability to prioritize competing tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Flexibility, including overtime as needed, is expected, along with occasional support for attorneys in other office locations. Key Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including trial attendance, • Prepare legal documents such as motions, contracts, agreements, and pleadings, • Manage and support the discovery process, including:, • Reviewing and analyzing medical records, • Coordinating IMEs and depositions, • Assisting with discovery requests and responses, • Preparing and filing pleadings, privilege logs, and memoranda, • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and witnesses, • Conduct factual research and investigations, • Utilize tools such as LEXIS, Westlaw, and litigation databases, • Support e-discovery processes, including ESI collection and production, • Organize exhibits, evidence, and witness coordination for trial Qualifications • 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (highly preferred), • Experience handling catastrophic injury and/or defect litigation preferred, • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required, • Proficiency with PACER, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, and case management systems preferred, • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information, • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Why Apply? • Hybrid flexibility, • Competitive compensation, • Exposure to complex, high-impact litigation, • Collaborative, team-oriented environment, • Strong opportunity for career growth If you would like to learn more about the Litigation Paralegal position available in Dallas, TX, then please submit your resume, in Word format, by clicking the Apply Now button.
