Position Summary The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple nightlife venues across the New York City area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining brand standards across all properties. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of nightlife operations, team management, and business development. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of multiple nightlife venues within the New York region., • Manage and support General Managers and their teams to ensure operational excellence., • Monitor sales performance, labor costs, inventory, and profitability targets., • Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic, VIP bookings, and revenue., • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across all locations., • Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and on-site teams., • Handle escalated guest issues and operational challenges as needed., • Partner with marketing to support event planning, promotional campaigns, and brand activations., • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate management-level staff., • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and staff performance reviews., • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or nightlife management, with multi-unit oversight preferred., • Proven leadership in high-volume nightlife venues, bars, or entertainment spaces., • Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, staffing, and P&L accountability., • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills., • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays., • Knowledge of NYC nightlife market and customer trends is a major plus., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment., • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory platforms., • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off, • Access to exclusive events and entertainment perks, • Career advancement opportunities within a growing company Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in nightlife/hospitality management and why you're a strong fit for the City Night-Life Entertainment Corp team.
