We believe in building genuine relationships with our patients in a supportive, high-energy environment. Our patient base consists primarily of PPO-covered adults (no pediatrics), known for being exceptionally kind and appreciative of quality care. When you join us, you aren't just an employee; you’re a vital part of a streamlined team including one dentist, a front desk manager, a dental assistant, and a dedicated floater to assist with sterilization and tray setups. The Role We are seeking a NJ Licensed RDH who is energetic, clinical, and ready to shine. At Tailor Made Smiles, we value your time and your expertise: • Pace: Enjoy 1-hour appointments per patient (45 minutes if no X-rays/exam required)., • Technology: Work with top-tier equipment including Nomad Pro handheld X-rays, Panoramic machines, Intra-oral cameras, and iTero Wellness Scans., • Support: A floater is available to help with instrument sterilization and room turnover, allowing you to focus on what you do best—patient care. Key Responsibilities • Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments., • Diagnostic Support: Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments; capture high-quality digital radiographs and iTero scans., • Patient Education: Empower patients with tailored oral hygiene instructions and preventive care strategies., • Documentation: Maintain precise electronic records in Eaglesoft, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate medical coding., • Safety First: Adhere to strict infection control, aseptic techniques, and OSHA standards to maintain our sterile clinical environment. Requirements • Licensure: Valid NJ Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and NJ Local Anesthesia license in good standing., • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience., • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Eaglesoft (or Dentrix) and comfort with digital diagnostic tools., • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex treatment plans clearly., • Evaluation: A successful working interview is required.
