Job DescriptionJob description: RN (Licensed Registered Nurse) Part-Time is 24 hours weekly. 1/2 day Friday. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities: • Administer medications and assist with medication management, • Prepare patients for examinations by physicians and generate lab slips for physicians as needed. Clean, stock and maintain exam rooms as needed. -Records patient care data including detailed history and medical records in EMR • Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, • Assist physician with procedures -Resource for Medical Assistant and or LPN and other nonclinical office staff for clinical questions. -Work with Medical Assistant and or LPN to treat and nurture patients in a safe and clean manner. -maintain follow-up of medical data such as mammograms, pap smears, dexa scans and other vital clinical information as needed. • create and maintain and follow-up to-do lists for clinical care Experience: • Valid RN license in New York, • Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations, • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, • Experience in medical-surgical settings, Women's health, OBGYN preferred, • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills., • Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care in a safe and calm manner Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing valuable experience and professional growth.
