Job Description: As an EHS Project Manager at HRP, you’ll lead and manage a variety of environmental, health, and safety compliance projects across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee project teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, technically sound solutions. This role blends regulatory expertise, project leadership, and client engagement — perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute EHS compliance projects, including audits, program development, and regulatory reporting, • Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and training materials, • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, • Prepare and review technical reports, compliance plans, and regulatory submittals, • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and responsive support, • Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate internal and external resources, • Support business development through proposal preparation, client outreach, and strategic planning, • Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes, • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field, • 10+ years of EHS consulting or industry experience, • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory requirements, • Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting and client communication, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Experience conducting EHS audits, developing programs, or delivering training, • Travel to job sites as needed, • Valid driver’s license, • A collaborative, supportive culture that values expertise and initiative, • Opportunities to manage high-impact EHS projects across diverse industries, • Strong support for professional development, certifications, and continuing education, • A growing office where your leadership directly influences team success The vision of HRP Associates, Inc., is reliant on the expertise of our dedicated professionals who provide excellent consultation to our loyal clientele.
