The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures will be considered a plus. Job Description: A JMF Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day development of new construction residential project, work for government agencies, not for profit organizations, commercial clients and private owners. The Project Manager will be essential in developing and coordinating the full life cycle of the project. The salary range for this position is 100,000 - $180,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, project and location.
