Job Description Job Title: System Integration Engineer – Level II Location: Albany, NY Duration: 36 Months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to design and implement seamless integrations between business processes and IT systems. This role focuses on Salesforce solutions, requiring strong expertise in requirements analysis, system configuration, and data integration to support enterprise-level applications. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, • Configure Salesforce applications including workflows, validation rules, security models, and flows, • Analyze current business processes and design optimized future-state solutions, • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test scripts, • Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity, • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support, • Create user documentation, training materials, and release notesRequired Technical Skills:, • Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience), • Proficiency in declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, and validation rules, • Knowledge of Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and data integration patterns, • Experience with SQL and data management tools (e.g., data loaders), • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or LucidchartRequired Soft Skills:, • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyMandatory Qualifications:, • 7+ years of experience working on complex IT projects, • 2+ years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer, • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM platformsPreferred Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, • Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or similar), • Experience with CPQ, Pardot, or Salesforce Industry Clouds, • Hands-on experience with:, • Salesforce object modeling, APIs, and integrations, • Process mapping and workflow optimization
