• Key tasks include invoice payments, corporate data collection and reporting, quarterly data gathering, and facilitating charitable support processes, • Role with lots of filing, request handling, and prioritization, • Proficiency in Excel and Word required; PowerPoint a plus, • No data background needed; training will be provided, • Super org environment, • Facilitate the collection of and review of interim and final reports, • Track and input all payment requests for the Impact Fund, • Manage file organization and document storage across team, • Support the Business Unit Charitable Support process, handling requests from the office of the CEO as well as fulfilling all reporting requests associated., • Provide various operational support functions on ad hoc basis as needed, • Coordinate Center for Inclusive Growth and Sustainability Offsites and All Hands meetings, • Collect and review interim and final reports, • Track and input payment requests for the Mastercard Impact Fund, • Organize files and documents for the team, • Manage the Business Unit Charitable Support process, including CEO requests and reporting.
