Job Description About the Role The Therapist will be a key member of Rising Ground’s Community-Based Services for Survivors of Trauma, Violence, and Crime, delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care that fosters healing and recovery. This position will be based out of our East Flatbush location, with the opportunity to work from our Brooklyn office (near Jay Metrotech Station) and remote/hybrid schedule. Social Workers are integral to our team and are responsible for helping chronically homeless individuals transition into permanent housing with supportive services. Our Social Workers provide direct clinical services to residents who have more intense psychiatric and behavioral health needs. Job Description Summary: The Senior Case Manager provides direct assistance, either in-person or telephonically, to victims of crime and abuse, specializing in working with survivors of intimate partner and family violence (includes sexual assault and families of homicide victims). The Senior Case Manager will provide services to victims of crime and abuse.
