Job Description Social Media Coordinator Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and culture driven Social Media Coordinator to assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across major social platforms. This role will focus heavily on short-form content strategy, social media coordination, creator outreach, and trend driven marketing within music and entertainment. The ideal candidate is deeply tapped into internet culture, understands platform specific content, and knows how to identify trends, creators, and media opportunities that help music travel online. Responsibilities • Coordinate and assist with daily social media posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, and other emerging platforms, • Assist in developing and executing short-form content strategies tailored uniquely to each platform, • Stay ahead of social media trends, viral moments, trending audios, meme culture, and platform updates, • Support influencer and creator campaigns to help amplify music releases and artist rollouts, • Source and identify media pages, influencers, creators, and fan communities for promotional opportunities, • Handle creator and platform outreach for reposts, collaborations, partnerships, and campaign support, • Assist in brainstorming creative rollout ideas, social activations, and audience engagement strategies, • Create and edit short-form social content for digital campaigns and daily posting needs, • Monitor social performance, engagement trends, and platform analytics to help optimize campaigns, • Strong understanding of social media culture and short-form content trends, • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and music/influencer marketing, • Basic editing and content creation skills are required, • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva, • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills, • Ability to work in fast-paced entertainment and digital environments, • Experience in music, entertainment, creator marketing, or social media, • Existing relationships with creators, influencers, or media platforms is a plus, • Experience creating short-form content optimized for platform performance and engagement 9AM - 6PM MON - FRI IN-PERSON
