Essential functions • Provide primary support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations and streamlined sales processes., • Maintain and improve sales processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency., • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity., • Prepare, review, and manage of all documentation, including but not limited to, leases, rental agreements, acceptance documents, and purchase orders., • Manage fleet assets within Fortbrand’s operating systems, • Maintain accurate contract and asset statuses within the ERP system to facilitate accurate reporting, • Resolve client service issues related to lease documentation and vendor payment status., • Serve as the administrator for CRM and other Fortbrand systems; regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness., • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on lead management, order processing, and revenue tracking., • Troobleshoot and implement technical solutions for sales tools.
