Job Description Digital Provisions, is the leading security integrator on Long Island, New York, delivering advanced security solutions to a wide range of clients, including K-12 schools, businesses, and public institutions. The Business Development Representative (Security Solutions) at Digital Provisions will be instrumental in driving growth by securing major new accounts, targeting prospective customers across sectors such as higher education, healthcare, retail banks, franchise stores, and K-12 institutions outside of our primary Long Island market. This role requires an individual skilled in relationship-building and value-driven selling, able to deliver customized security solutions that address the unique needs of each customer. In this role you will… • New Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:, • Lead efforts to secure significant new accounts across targeted industries and regions, expanding Digital Provisions' customer base., • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, using tailored solutions to meet specific needs and promote long-term engagement., • Enhance Digital Provisions' reputation by delivering customized security systems and adapting sales tactics based on industry context (public or private sector)., • Collaboration & Project Coordination:, • Collaborate closely with technical support and project management teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project initiation and execution., • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, ConnectWise, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage relationships, track sales opportunities, and organize customer information efficiently., • Sales Strategy & Industry Expertise:, • Apply specific consultative sales techniques, including needs assessment, active listening, and solution-based selling, to offer each customer a high-value, tailored solution., • Experience:, • Have STRONG Sales HUNTING experience., • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in security, managed service providers, access control, or VMS industries., • Skills:, • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to enhance customer relationship management., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and clearly convey complex technical solutions., • Ability to give in person presentations/demonstrations to potential customers., • Knowledge:, • Background in low voltage, security integration, access control, cameras, or alarm systems is preferred. Salary Range: $110k base + $65k bonus ($175k OTE, uncapped commission potential)
