Trade Compliance/Operations SME \n \nKelly Services is currently seeking a Trade Compliance/Operations SME for one of our top clients in New Brunswick or Titusville, NJ. \n \n\n\t • As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.\n\t, • You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.\n\t, • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP GTS Trade Compliance processes.\n\t, • Configure and support SAP GTS Compliance Management and Customs Management modules.\n\t, • Support SD–GTS integration to ensure compliance checks occur during sales order and delivery processing.\n\t, • Maintain and optimize compliance processes including:\n\t, • Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening\n\t, • Embargo checks\n\t, • Export control validation\n\t, • Legal control checks\n\n\n\n\nTrade Compliance & Regulatory Oversight\n\n\n\t, • Ensure adherence to global trade regulations and export control laws.\n\t, • Provide guidance on trade compliance requirements including:\n\t, • OFAC regulations\n\t, • BIS / EAR export controls\n\t, • ITAR regulations\n\t, • International trade sanctions\n\t, • Maintain country-specific compliance rules and product classifications in SAP GTS.\n\n\n\n\nSystem Implementation & Integration\n\n\n\t, • Support SAP GTS implementation and enhancement projects.\n\t, • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system design and configuration.\n\t, • Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements and RICEFW development.\n\t, • Assist with data migration and system integration with SAP SD, MM, and Logistics Execution modules.\n\n\n\n\nTesting, Deployment & Support\n\n\n\t, • Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\t, • Support go-live preparation, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.\n\t, • Troubleshoot SD–GTS integration issues, IDoc processing errors, and compliance alerts.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n\n\t, • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field\n\t, • 6+ years of SAP GTS experience in trade compliance and international trade operations\n\t, • Strong experience with SAP SD–GTS integration\n\t, • Hands-on experience with:\n\t, • Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening\n\t, • Embargo checks\n\t, • Export control validation\n\t, • Trade compliance monitoring\n\t, • Experience supporting SAP implementations or global deployments\n\t, • Vacation and sick pay\n\t, • Paid holidays\n\t, • 401(k) plan\n\t, • Group medical, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance options\n\t, • Kelly Discounts on goods and services, auto and home insurance, and tuition at Kelly partner schools\n\t, • Kelly Learning Center offers free courses and trainings\n\t Find what’s next with Kelly®.
