Essential Duties and Responsibilities Rooftop origination Site origination • Manage relationships with owner’s representatives that lead site origination, • Lead Dimension responses to site and portfolio RFPs, • Develop pitch decks, term sheets, and other materials to drive new business generation Drive deals from site award to lease execution • Collaborate with SVP of Business Development to advance lease negotiations, • Lead communication with owner’s representatives and landlords to drive urgency around closings Financial modeling and market analysis Own financial modeling of all rooftop projects in the portfolio • Support Project Finance, M&A, and FP&A with understanding rooftop market models and project-level pro formas Market research • Analyze rooftop community solar markets for development opportunities, • Evaluate state and federal policy and incentive regimes (in collaboration with Business Development, Policy, and Markets & Research), • Maintain up-to-date assessment of competitive landscape in the rooftop market: market lease rates, active developers, target markets Commercial oversight of project development, construction, and operation Develop commercial strategies for rooftop development in core markets, in coordination with the Interconnection, Construction, and Markets & Revenue team • Cohesive strategy integrating interconnection, programs, and project development, • Direct internal teams in how to manage interconnection and award processes, taking into account development risks, project-specific timelines, etc. Establish clear communication protocols throughout development and construction with all relevant external stakeholders • Landlord, rooftop solar broker, property manager, tenants (as applicable), • Cross-functional integration across internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes:, • Real Estate: compliance with lease-related measures during development, construction, and operation., • Interconnection: interconnection strategy that maximizes odds of project viability, • Development: best-in-class project development to achieve NTP as quickly and efficiently as possible; clear communication of project milestones and timelines; active management of all landlord reviews and approvals, • Markets & Revenue: offtake and PR opportunities for the landlord and building tenant, where applicable., • Construction: oversee clean hand-offs from Development to Construction; clear external communication of construction milestones and timelines Operations: establish post-COD points of contacts for technical and lease-related matters • Maintain development schedules for all projects that clearly illustrate key project milestones and the path to COD, • Negotiation and execution of lease amendments as required, including managing all aspects of commercial negotiations with support of the SVP of Business Development Owning, strengthening, and expanding landlord relationships Relationship management • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and owner’s representatives that create strong communication channels, • Externally, serve as the “point person” that landlords and owner’s representatives can come to with questions, requests, or challenges. Though for the avoidance of doubt, the day-to-day Dimension POC during active construction will be the project manager., • Internally, operate as the “point guard” who pulls in the appropriate individuals/teams at Dimension to address issues as they arise. Our team is in office on Mondays-Thursdays and works remotely on Fridays. The Role We're hiring our first Head of Marketing to own the front of Pockyt's growth engine — awareness, positioning, and demand — and to wire it cleanly into how the company sells and retains. Most marketing leaders inherit a brand and a funnel and are asked to optimize them. You'd be building both, from the positioning down to the pipeline. Here's what makes this seat different: the raw material is exceptional and largely untold. We serve the complex, non-standard cross-border flows that mainstream providers are walking away from — a real, defensible moat. Your job is to turn that differentiated capability into a sharp market narrative, and then into demand that Sales can close and Customer Success can grow. You'll report directly to the CEO and sit at the center of the go-to-market motion. You own awareness and demand generation at the front of the funnel; you hand qualified pipeline to the Partnerships (direct sales) team on a clean, agreed-upon SLA; and you partner with Customer Success to turn signed merchants into references, case studies, and expansion revenue. Marketing doesn't stop at the lead — it runs the full journey from first touch to advocacy. What You'll Do • Own positioning and brand — build a market narrative that makes Pockyt's differentiation legible: the platform for complex, less-vanilla cross-border money movement in an agentic economy. Own the message across web, content, and every buyer touchpoint, • Build the demand engine — stand up and run the channels that generate qualified pipeline: SEO/GEO, thought-leadership and merchant-data content, vertical landing pages, paid social, targeted outreach, PR, and events. Own the mix and the results, • Own pipeline handoff to Sales — define what a qualified opportunity is, instrument the handoff, and hold a clean SLA with the Partnerships team so demand converts instead of leaking. You're accountable for sourced and influenced pipeline, not just traffic, • Enable the sales motion — equip the team with the collateral, decks, vertical narratives, and competitive proof points that shorten cycles and win complex deals, • Run customer and lifecycle marketing with Customer Success — partner on case studies, references, advocacy, and expansion campaigns that support retention and net revenue growth across the signed book. Close the loop from first touch to advocate, • Own attribution and reporting — build the analytics and attribution model that shows what marketing sourced, what it influenced, and what it cost. Report funnel health to leadership on a cadence they trust, and be rigorous about what a number does and doesn't prove, • Build the function — start hands-on as the owner of the whole funnel; establish the operating model, then build and lead the team (and manage agencies and contractors) as the engine scales, • Champion AI-native marketing — use agentic and AI-assisted workflows across content, research, and campaign operations to run a lean, high-output function, • Own market intelligence — develop a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and the evolving cross-border payments landscape to identify opportunities, refine positioning, and shape go-to-market strategy. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and executive leadership. We're looking for a top-performing YouTube strategist and operator to own a flagship Chase channel end-to-endsetting the programming vision, driving measurable growth, and raising the creative bar across long-form, Shorts, and live. As a Vice President, YouTube Strategy Channel Lead within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will be the owner of YouTube channel strategy and performance.
