The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles, and providing exceptional guest services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance our guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while adhering to company policies. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with valet parking services as needed. Ensure that all vehicles are secured and monitored for safety. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, as required. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a busy environment.
