    THE ROLE You are the kitchen side of the operation and during service, you are working to order. That means executing prep lists before and between rushes, then fulfilling food orders quickly and consistently when the floor gets busy. Cold and some hot preparations, assembly, portioning — all done to a high standard, at pace, without cutting corners. We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years culinary experience, who’s worked in cafe’s, bars, restaurants, creating and assembling dishes made to order and who has attention to quality control and execution. SHIFTS AVAILABLE Sun - Friday (PM shift): 4pm to 10pm or 11pm (Depending on day).
