Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus. Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is preferred. Proficient in using hotel management software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts. Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
