Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Provides administrative support to program staff under the supervision of program management. Assists with tasks to ensure the program runs efficiently. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. College, business or secretarial school training preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least one year of experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Products, • One year of experience with administrative tasks preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides administrative services to support the operations and objectives of the program, • Assists with projects delegated by the Program Director and Management team, • Collects and distributes information for reporting purposes, • Maintains confidentiality requirements, • Assist with outreach and follow up through phone calls and written correspondence, • Updates program activities and schedules as needed, • Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes and shares key communications with the broader program team, • Participates in staff meetings, community meetings, and other staff and program group activities that support the operation of an effective program., • Position Specific Duties, • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals, • Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed., • Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences.
