Essential Skills • Hands-on facilities or apartment maintenance experience., • Strong facilities maintenance and troubleshooting skills., • Ability to follow and complete work orders accurately and efficiently., • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish., • Experience providing leadership or acting as a lead technician within a maintenance team., • Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair tasks., • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and use of PM checklists., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Gate system repair experience preferred., • Pool maintenance experience preferred., • Prior experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role., • Ability to work effectively as part of a maintenance team supporting a large, active property., • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple work orders. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite role at a large, active residential property in Florida. The schedule runs from Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will work as part of a team of four maintenance technicians and spend most of your time in and around the property, including common areas, building interiors, exterior grounds, gates, and pool areas. The work is hands-on and may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting as you perform repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance. You will use standard maintenance tools and equipment related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gate systems, and pool support tasks while following established safety procedures and property guidelines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
