Job Description Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist Location: Ocean County Job Type: Part-time (Per Diem) Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour Work Setting: In-person Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to join our team. The IIC will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities, using evidence-based practices to promote emotional, behavioral, and relational well-being. This is a flexible, per diem position that allows you to make your own schedule while earning a competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities • Provide individual and family therapy in clients’ homes or community settings., • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy)., • Collaborate with families, case managers, and other service providers to ensure effective care coordination., • Required Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT (New Jersey)., • Experience: Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families., • Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills., • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy)., • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Ocean County. ...
