Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities., • Previous customer service experience preferred., • Insurance agency or State Farm experience is a plus., • Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred; candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the required licenses., • Detail-oriented and organized., • Comfortable learning and using computer systems and agency technology., • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities., • Strong problem-solving skills., • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Sales-minded candidates who are comfortable identifying additional customer needs are encouraged to apply.
