This person will be responsible for providing success coaching to currently-enrolled, part-time students who may be at risk of stopping out and re-enrolled PCCC students who had previously “stopped out” but are now returning to their studies. This will involve conducting regular, ongoing meetings via phone, videoconferencing, and/or in person with their assigned students, connecting each student with needed support provided by the Reconnect program, and maintaining updated documentation of each student’s activities and progress. The coaching and grant support provided will ultimately afford these at-risk and stopped-out students a maximal opportunity to complete their college degree program or credential.
