What are we looking for • Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred in engineering or related discipline., • 10+ years delivering building infrastructure, energy efficiency, or distributed energy resource projects., • Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional coordination., • Expert-level ability in energy modeling, building analytics, load studies, utility consumption analysis., • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, central plant optimization, and building automation controls., • Experience developing performance guarantees, feasibility studies, and detailed design documentation., • Familiarity with M&V practices and IPMVP protocols., • Skilled in evaluating engineering designs for constructability, cost, lifecycle value, and performance risk., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with industry software tools for modeling, analytics, and design., • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional project teams., • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
