The Director of Supportive Services is in charge of every step of the creation and implementation of new services-oriented programs. This position will have the ability to provide measurable outcomes and accountability on new and existing programming, bring a creative and positive attitude on new opportunities for growth and expansion of services. Job Responsibilities: · Supervision of Mercy Enrichment Coordinator and 1115 waiver staff · Oversight of Mercy Enrichment Services, REAP, Food Pantry, Supportive Employment, Breakthrough and 1115 waiver and all other relevant programs · Assist with foundation and program grant writing · Set goals for the organization's growth, develop plans for programs to meet those goals and oversee the programs as they operate · Keeps track of details such as budget and deadlines in addition to following the agency's strategy, vision and mission · Apply change, risk and resource management principles · Work with leadership to set strategic goals and objectives for programs · Resolve problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders · Coordinate creating detailed implementation plans, including deadlines, milestones, processes and risk mitigation protocols · Provide processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with program teams to determine ways to improve and implement change · Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the agency's overall goals and objectives · Design new programs and enhance existing ones in response to existing needs, opportunities and gaps in service · Foster relationships using community outreach to strengthen and grow Mercy Haven's programs · Work with members of the Executive team to develop budgets, resources, quality standards, training and communication of new initiatives · Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, agencies and stakeholders to enhance and benchmark program effectiveness · Use data and feedback to asses program effectiveness and make data driven decisions for improvement · Work with the agency's strategic plan for continuous quality improvement · Integral team member in agency committees · Collaborate with other executive staff on community relations · Any other relevant tasks as assigned Job Requirements: · LMSW preferred · Bachelor's degree in health and human services, social work or related field required · Electronic Health Record Experience · Supervisory experience required · 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit management required, mental health experience preferred · Ability to develop, implement, and oversee multiple programs simultaneously · Physical Requirements: remains stationary for long periods of time in the office, moves intermittently throughout the office during work hours, reaching overhead, may push or pull 15-20 pounds daily, repetitive wrist/finger movement, read/write reports and use computer on daily basis · Occasional travel for meetings, site visits, conferences, etc. Position Relationships: Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Supervises: Mercy Enrichment Coordinator, 1115 waiver staff • Full Benefits Package including Medical, Company-Paid Dental and Vision Single Coverage.
