Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; and 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. 5.
