Essential Functions: • Educate Clients on Healthy Smiles: Help clients understand why a healthy smile is important by clearly explaining the long-term benefits of dental care. Make the treatment process exciting and easy to grasp., • Guide Through Treatment Choices: Support clients in making informed decisions by providing simple, clear explanations of their treatment options and the benefits they can expect., • Answer Questions: Use strong communication skills to respond to client inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring they feel well-supported and informed., • Manage Appointments Smoothly: Keep the schedule running efficiently by optimizing appointment times, reducing wait times, and maintaining a smooth client flow., • Greet Clients Warmly: Welcome every client with a friendly attitude, creating a comfortable and positive environment from the moment they walk in., • Provide Clear Information: Make sure clients have all the information and documents they need, showing transparency and commitment to their care., • Verify Insurance Details: Confirm clients' insurance eligibility, usage, and limitations.
