Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Mobile Outpatient | Part-Time Jacob Rehab is a growing mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving Westchester County. We provide one-on-one, in-home outpatient care (not home health) and are seeking a motivated PTA who values flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality patient care.
