JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing all recruitment operations across Always Compassionate Health's 17-county service area in New York. This role manages Recruiter Managers who lead teams of recruiters focused on hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and licensed clinical professionals such as Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and more. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director will develop and lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, pipeline development, and compliance to ensure a steady flow of qualified caregivers and clinicians to meet growing patient needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Oversight • Oversee Recruiter Managers responsible for supervising recruiting teams focused on HHA, PCA, and clinical hiring., • Set and manage hiring goals to support staffing across all regions and programs., • Collaborate with the COO and operations leaders to forecast hiring needs across service lines and geographies., • Mentor and support Recruiter Managers in managing, training, and evaluating their teams., • Develop KPIs and performance benchmarks to evaluate recruiter productivity and quality of hire., • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top-tier caregivers and clinicians., • Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience across all regions and touchpoints., • Provide regular updates to the COO on hiring performance, recruitment trends, and regional staffing gaps., • Use data to guide decision-making, measure ROI on recruitment channels, and optimize team structure., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred., • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or multi-site management role., • Experience managing high-volume healthcare recruitment, especially in home care or clinical staffing., • Familiarity with New York State HHA/PCA licensing and onboarding requirements., • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills., • Strategic thinker with strong operational and analytical skills., • Able to manage multiple priorities and lead teams across a wide geographic footprint., • Deep understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics and home care recruitment challenges., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Collaborative, mission-focused team culture, • Flexible hybrid or remote work environment, • Opportunity for strategic leadership visibility, • Occasional travel to branches across 17 counties in New York Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
