Job Description Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, Temporary and Full Time Hours Shifts Available • Mondays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Tuesdays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Wednesdays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Thursdays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Fridays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Saturdays: 12 PM - 4 PM, • Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PMPosition Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable care professional to provide in-home support and assistance to individuals who need help with daily living activities. In this role, you will contribute to a safe, comfortable, and respectful care environment while helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. Responsibilities • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting., • Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed., • Prepare light meals and assist with meal planning, feeding, and hydration reminders., • Perform light housekeeping tasks to help maintain a clean and organized home environment., • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and supportive interaction., • Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member., • Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans and agency guidelines., • Support clients with errands, appointments, and transportation assistance when required and permitted., • Follow care plans, safety procedures, and all applicable policies and documentation requirements.Qualifications, • Current certification as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or equivalent caregiving credential, where applicable., • Previous experience providing personal care, home care, or patient support preferred., • Ability to communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with clients and care teams., • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills., • Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety protocols consistently., • Physical ability to assist with client care tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and transfers as needed., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based on assignment., • Completion of any required background screening, training, or state-specific requirements.Preferred Attributes, • Genuine commitment to helping others and supporting client independence., • Calm, patient, and respectful approach to care., • Ability to adapt to different home environments and client needs., • Dependable team member with a professional and positive attitude.What We Offer, • Supportive work environment focused on quality care and client dignity., • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others., • Training and ongoing support, depending on assignment and agency needs., • Flexible scheduling options may be available.Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful workplace.
