Job DescriptionSalary: About Srbo / World Enterprises International Srbo Products is a premium manufacturer of high-end window-cleaning squeegees and rubber with a 38-year legacy. Srbo is part of World Enterprises International, a multi-brand leader in the window-cleaning supply industry (WindowCleaner.com, XERO Products, Pure Water Power, AWC Magazine, and Srbo). Were expanding Srbos global footprint and need a channel leader to build and manage a world-class distributor network. The Role This is a high-impact leadership position for a proven channel builder. You will own the strategy and execution for Srbos distributor growthidentifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing distributors globally while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. Youll be the point person for global partners and will work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, customer support) to drive profitable growth. What Youll Do • Build and lead Srbos global distributor/channel strategy (US + international), • Identify and recruit new distributors; manage pipeline from outreach negotiation signed partner, • Own distributor contracts/terms, pricing tiers, discount structures, and channel rules (MAP/brand protection where applicable), • Create a repeatable distributor onboarding and enablement program (training, product education, launch kits, co-marketing), • Manage and grow key existing distributors: joint business plans, assortments, promotions, forecasts, • Partner with Marketing on channel toolkits: catalogs, sell sheets, training content, trade shows, • Work with Ops/Supply Chain to improve service levels, lead times, and distributor fill rates, • Build reporting and accountability: distributor scorecards, quarterly business reviews, growth targets, • Travel as needed for distributor meetings, trade shows, and market development What Were Looking For • 7+ years in channel sales/distributor development / international partnerships, • Track record of building and scaling a distributor/dealer network (B2B preferred), • Strong negotiation skills and comfort owning pricing/terms and channel governance, • Ability to create structure: playbooks, onboarding, KPIs, and repeatable processes, • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Customer Support, • High integrity, strong follow-through, and ability to operate independently, • Willingness to travel (domestic + international) Nice to Have • Experience in tools/industrial supplies, specialty retail distribution, or e-commerce + wholesale hybrids, • Trade show/field sales experience and comfort presenting product/value in-person, • Familiarity with reseller programs, territory strategy, and channel conflict management
