The Associate Director of Access & Reimbursement is responsible for leading the development and execution of US market access and reimbursement strategies to ensure optimal payer coverage and patient access across the CSL Seqirus portfolio. This role partners closely with commercial, marketing, medical and pricing teams to shape payer strategy across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBMs, and Federal accounts. The Associate Director provides strategic insights into the evolving reimbursement landscape across both the medical and drug benefit and contributes to long term pricing, contracting, and access strategies that support CSL Seqirus business objectives and the long-term pricing goals for the organization. Major Responsibilities: Enact key strategic initiatives to help facilitate CSL Seqirus to achieve / exceed specific sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets. * Leads CSL Seqirus interactions with all payers. Fosters and develops multi-level and senior relationships to create a foundation for developing a pathway to effectively communicate CSL Seqirus story. * Analyze payer access and reimbursement (medical & drug) landscape for near-term and longer-term objectives. Provide insights on the analysis to create change in the organization. Using pareto mentality develops strategies and tactics to ensure positive change. Develops a customized approach for each payer to most effectively influence change. Reports timely feedback regarding account interactions and next steps. * With relationship depth and breadth of customer interaction at various (senior management clinical / financial / operational) levels of the customer’s organization, builds and maintains relationships with key individuals to enable market access of CSL Seqirus vaccines, developing a favorable environment for pull-through at the national, regional, and local provider levels. Develops and sponsors key programs which address customer needs and enhances the customer value perception of CSL Seqirus. * Convinces internal and external stakeholders about the value of the CSL Seqirus Customer Experience vision; Acts as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to build Seqirus’ acumen on customer challenges; Develops and executes business solutions at customers that help enhance CSL Seqirus’ partnership within CSL Seqirus primary channels. * Provides expertise to the organization as an SME in regards to reimbursement at national and regional level and ensures CSL Seqirus products have market access at all National and select Regional health plans and PBMs. Has effective strategies in place when there are coverage issues by being able to connect with key payer decision makers immediately to fix coverage issues. Works with internal and external stakeholders to enhance CSL Seqirus position in the market * Identifies areas of opportunity for CSL Seqirus growth and directs the organization to implement in an efficient manner. * Monitors external environment at key trade and customer meetings / conferences. Coordinates customer and internal sales training as needed. * Promotes CSL Seqirus portfolio of products to key customers that drives differentiation for CSL Seqirus and successful long-term business relationships. * Collaborates with appropriate CSL Seqirus business teams, marketing, and medical affairs to ensure alignment and full utilization of resources at account level. This includes utilization of marketing materials, execution of in-services, development and execution of marketing or other service agreements. * Uses available resources to improve regional account management and liaises with Marketing teams to develop pull-through plans and value-added service offerings. Accountabilities: * Removes barriers that diminish growth in the Retail, Wholesale, GPO, PBG, segments of business. * Works cross functionally to design, develop and implement strategy for reimbursement of all CSL Seqirus products. * Oversee the Access & Reimbursement vendor strategy and budget ensuring effective deployment of external resources and delivery of programs that support payer access and reimbursement objectives. * Monitors external environment, customers, and competitors to identify value for CSL Seqirus. * Generates information and insights related to reimbursement landscape and educates Sr. Management on its implications. Scope of Influence: * Directs Sr. Leadership of key partnering departments to develop strategies which enhance growth related to access and reimbursement. * Convinces Payers of the value of CSL Seqirus products to obtain appropriate reimbursement. * Drives actions with key internal departments (Medical, Marketing, Sales) to influence processes and programs that enhance the US business. * Influences Sr. Leadership and Field Sales on any updates related to payer/reimbursement, providing SME insights along with next step recommendations to stay ahead of the market. * Strengthens relationships with large Payer customer to ensure we are meeting / exceeding expectations related to access & reimbursement. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree required, in Business, Health Policy, or Life Sciences preferred * AAPC coding courses / or equivalent a plus * 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare sector * 5+ years in the vaccine payer space * Experience in working with US payers * Experience in billing /coding for both buy & bill products (medical) & pharmacy billing PBM (drug benefit) (strongly preferred) * Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross functionally * Deep understanding of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid and how it pertains to Influenza vaccine coverage and payment * A proven track record of successful account management and executing national strategies * Demonstrated results in the area of GPO, health system, retail, wholesaler/distributor with vaccine reimbursement vs general Pharma The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $210,000 – $250,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. Marchesini Group USA is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to generate and handle sales for our Pharmaceutical R&D and Laboratory Equipment line of packaging machinery. Responsibilities And Essential Functions: • Develops, generates and manages sales activity for Pharma R&D and Laboratory sector customers., • Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts as well as small to mid-size customers., • Executes the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards., • Creates and maintains strong working customer relations., • Maintains and manages customer database and reports in CRM., • Sales forecast planning., • Drives growing sales in expanding market., • Provide timely and accurate reports as required., • Initial sales area to cover the whole of North America. Superior people/customer relationship skills as well as strong interpersonal skills., • Industry Experience & Tenure: 3-5 years’ broad experience and knowledge of pharma processes and packaging equipment.
