The Role: We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into tech sales and grow their career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What you’ll be doing: * Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. * Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle. * Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS product and how it addresses customer pain points. * Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities within our ICP. * Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize pipeline growth. * Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline updates. * Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, demos booked, etc.). The qualifications you need: * 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment (required). * Proven success hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and meeting-setting targets. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot. * Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities. * Growth mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
