Job Description Air Charter Service – the world’s leading air charter broker with 33+ offices worldwide – is looking for polished, discreet, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Flight Representative Team in the following airports: TEB, MMU, EWR, TTN, BWI, PHL, ACY, ABE, HPN, ISP, FRG, JFK, LGA, HTO, JPX. What You’ll Do: As an ACS Flight Rep, you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground, representing the brand and supporting our operations with precision and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: • Greeting and assisting VIP clients during arrivals and departures, • Liaising with flight crew, pilots, and flight attendants, • Coordinating with FBO staff and ground handlers, • Providing live updates to ACS brokers via your own phone (WhatsApp, calls, and email), • Confirming fueling and aircraft status, • Taking discreet aircraft photos, • Completing a post-flight report with valuable feedback This is often invisible work, but for the right person, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless private aviation experience.
