Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant – First Assist Compensation: $76.05 – $92.05 per hour Location: Oceanside, NY (Long Island) Position Summary: A leading Long Island Level II Trauma Center is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to support its open-heart surgery program. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly respected cardiovascular surgical team in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The PA will play a critical role in managing patient care across the perioperative continuum, including surgical assisting and clinical coordination. This position requires strong clinical judgment, cardiac surgery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively while providing leadership and mentorship within the PA team.
