The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Chef Tim Hollingsworth’s new concept, Hundredfold, American Brasserie, located at Belmont Village in Elmont, New York. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and innovation across our menus. This position requires an inspiring and hands‑on culinary leader who can develop and mentor the kitchen team, partner effectively with other departments, and maintain a well‑organized, efficient, and sanitary work environment. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,300 - $88,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
