Job DescriptionLooking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber skilled in commercial construction. Must be proficient in commercial plumbing for tenant build-out, new construction/tenant improvement/service, and other ground up projects including restaurants, retail, corporate offices, medical facilities, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Commercial plumbing installation from Building stack out to multi-story building plumbing and large mechanical rooms., • Read and interpret plans and building specifications., • Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping., • Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups., • Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines., • Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans., • Involve cutting, threading, fitting pipes, valves, and caulking., • Will occasionally be on call.Qualifications:, • 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience such as corporate offices, dining establishments, educational institutions, and federal contracts., • Must be a Texas licensed Journeyman plumber., • Ability to read plans and shop drawings., • Must know ADA plumbing dimensions., • Possesses hand tools and trade-specific tools., • Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice., • Able to work from ladders and lifts from various heights., • Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavator, tamp, skid steer, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed., • Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug screening.Benefits:, • Company truck, • Fuel card, • Health insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision insurance, • Life insurance, • PTO, • Tools provided
