Job Description Position: Transaction Management Ops Representative Locations: Pennington, NJ or Jacksonville, FL Pay: $18.52/HR, paid weekly. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM This is an on-site/hybrid role. (You will be expected to be on-site 100% of the time through training. Once you are up to speed and able to be fully functional in role, you will move to hybrid with at least 3-days onsite). Role Overview The Transaction Management Ops Representative will support the Abandoned Property Team, which manages critical Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) processes. Responsibilities include: • Identifying abandoned accounts, • Managing statutory due diligence mailings and client claims, • Completing regulatory escheatment reporting, • Documenting detailed call notes, • Updating internal systems, • Performing full verbal verification (LexisNexis), • Sending documents/instructions to clients, • Answer inbound client calls and respond to email inquiries, • Conduct outbound outreach to help clients reclaim abandoned assets, • Provide timely and accurate account maintenance and documentation review, • Multitask effectively while assisting clients and branch offices by phone, • Adhere to call center schedules and service-level expectations, • Prior call center/contact center experience, • Strong client service and resolution skills, • Ability to de-escalate situations with professionalism, • Effective in team-oriented, fast-paced environments, • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills, • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, • Financial services or brokerage industry experience, • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements, • Strong prioritization and time management skills, • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment, • The ability to lift up to 30lbs Canon Recruiting is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
