    I’m looking for an experienced freelance content creator/video editor to help me create consistent lifestyle content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. This would be a flexible, part-time freelance role not a full-time position. You must have prior experience creating and editing social media content. I’m looking for someone who is creative, very tech-savvy, understands current social media trends and algorithms, and can edit content quickly and efficiently. A lot of my content will focus on lifestyle, mom life, GRWMs, “come with me” videos, day-in-the-life content, voiceovers, fashion/beauty, and everyday moments. Some weeks, I’ll film the content myself and will just need you to edit and piece everything together. Other times, I’d like you to meet with me in person to help film, brainstorm ideas, plan content, and bring different concepts to life. I’m looking for someone who can: • Edit approximately 3–4 videos per week, • Have proven experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms, • Create smooth transitions and trendy, professional-looking edits, • Clip longer footage into engaging short-form content, • Help with GRWM, lifestyle, mom, fashion/beauty, and “come with me” style videos, • Help film content when needed, • Help record and edit voiceovers so they flow naturally, • Understand hooks, pacing, trending sounds, captions, transitions, and what keeps viewers engaged, • Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends and algorithm changes, • Help brainstorm content ideas and plan what to film, • Occasionally meet with me in person to film, brainstorm, and create content together, • Be comfortable giving creative input and helping me develop my personal brand, • Be very tech-savvy and comfortable using editing apps, social media platforms, cameras, phones, and other content creation tools, • Be reliable, organized, flexible, and able to turn around edits quickly, • Be experienced, confident, and able to work independently without needing to be taught basic editing or content creation I’m really looking for someone who can become my go-to creative person almost a mix between a content assistant, videographer, and editor. I want someone I can bounce ideas off of, show my creative process to, brainstorm with, and eventually be able to send raw footage to and trust that they’ll know how to turn it into content that fits my style and personal brand. This would start as a freelance/as-needed position with approximately 3–4 videos per week, with the opportunity for more work as my content grows. Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience and the type of work needed. For editing-only projects, I’m also open to agreeing on a flat rate per video. Experience is required. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services including, but not limited to, mental health support, career counseling, personal guidance and development, life skills, and referrals. The Social Worker will work in both individual and group settings to help clients overcome personal and professional barriers. The individual selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the CRED Program Director, will conduct themselves in a professional manner, and will comply with all standards set forth by United Activities Unlimited and the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): • Conduct intake interviews to understand each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals., • Collect all required program documentation from clients, including enrollment, outcome, and follow-up paperwork., • Work with clients to develop an Individual Service Strategy (ISS) that reflects SMART short-and-long-term goals., • Provide case management services including regular check-ins to assess progress towards personal and professional goals., • Provide individual and group counseling, including but not limited to, mental health, behavior management, and mediation services., • Work collaboratively with other CRED staff members to conduct case planning and draft case notes according to DYCD requirements., • Refer clients in need of greater support to community based social service providers., • Maintain positive working relationships with social services agencies and other community partners to enrich programming, internship, and employment opportunities in alignment with client’s interests and ISS., • Assist other CRED staff members with conducting follow-up services, including obtaining compliance documentation from former clients., • Collect, maintain, and audit client files for completion and accuracy in accordance with DYCD and UAU policies., • Participate in team meetings, conferences, professional development trainings, and other program-related events and activities., • Work collaboratively with other CRED staff members to ensure the program meets all DYCD goals, deliverables, and deadlines., • Assist with other departmental duties and projects as needed.
