Position Overview The eBuilder Technician (Level 1 Specialist) plays a critical role in construction IT systems by providing day-to-day user support and project setup for the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) Program. This position ensures that project records, workflows, and reporting are compliant, accurate, and accessible across large-scale public infrastructure programs. Key Responsibilities • Provide Level 1 support for construction technology systems (eBuilder)., • Perform new project setup, including folder structures, user access, templates, and mail merges., • Support workflow development, testing, and compliance for construction project delivery., • Maintain and update reporting fields (e.g., pre-construction meetings, FI requests, project status)., • Generate dashboards and reports on the performance of the construction program., • Train engineers, contractors, and tenant reps on IT construction systems.
