Position Description: Department lead will oversee day-to-day cleanroom operations, ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness and lead the cleanroom team in a very fast paced environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update inventory for the Cleanroom Dept., • Monitor and verify all Cleanroom regulations are maintained and followed by the team., • Process manufacturing orders and assign inventory based on FIFO., • Maintain production, shipping, cleaning & maintenance logs., • Ensure production targets are met by the team., • Coordinate with warehouse team for material handling and storage., • Create a safe and professional working environment., • Assist cleanroom manager with production planning and inventory management., • Coordinate with printing/label in charge for printing and labeling requirements., • Create and verify traceability records on all production activities., • Strong technical skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook., • High School Diploma or higher., • Leadership ability., • Ability to work efficiently with the team and independently., • Ability to delegate responsibility among the team, • Problem solver., • Able to lift 20 pounds., • Health Insurance, • Dental, • Vision, • 401K, • Paid Vacation Powered by JazzHR c2SQRGvBqM
