In this role, you will serve as the local face of our software unit during high-level client interactions. You will join video calls as our US client representative, maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, and ensure local clients feel confident in our project delivery. All technical scoping, proposal writing, backend architecture, coding, and delivery are 100% handled by our core engineering team. We provide complete talk tracks, agendas, and technical prep before every meeting. Key Responsibilities • Client Interface: Attend discovery calls and project status meetings with prospective and active US clients as our primary local contact., • Communication Management: Act as the US-based bridge between clients and our technical team to maintain trust and smooth updates., • Account Coordination: Manage local administrative details, project sign-offs, and communication logs., • Low Time Commitment: Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 2–5 hours per week). Core Requirements • Location & ID: Must be a legal resident of the United States with valid government-issued photo ID., • Hardware & Setup: Must possess a reliable personal computer/laptop (physical laptop) and a high-speed, stable internet connection., • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional call presence., • Technical Background: Basic familiarity with business, IT, or digital platforms is preferred, but no coding or hands-on technical skills are required

Currently we are seeking enthusiastic, dependable college students and aspiring educators who are passionate about helping children succeed for the academic year 2026-2027. Position Summary: The Afterschool Academic Tutor provides individualized and small-group academic support to students attending the MM BrightPath Academy Afterschool Program at PS 189. Tutors work closely with the Program Director and staff to create a positive learning environment that encourages confidence, independence, and academic growth. Responsibilities: · Provide homework assistance in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and other subjects. · Reinforce classroom learning using age-appropriate instructional strategies. · Encourage positive study habits and organizational skills. · Monitor student progress and communicate concerns to program staff. · Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. · Support students with varying learning styles and abilities. · Assist student with educational games, literacy activities, and enrichment projects. · Encourage positive behavior through patience, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. · Help supervise students during transitions and program activities. · Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
