SUMMARY: To support, lead and motivate a team of associates including pantry attendants, food transporters and Captains, in the field at designated client locations. This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities, scheduling, and levels of service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Supervises associates daily activities and performance for compliance., • Understands and practices food safety and sanitation procedures. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained., • Complies with company and departmental policies and standard operating procedures., • Manages the schedule and ensures coverage when associates are out., • Hires and trains new associates., • Oversees payroll through the UAttend platform. Ensures accurate time keeping., • Gathers billing labor hours weekly and submits to administrator., • Manages tracking Geo tab on vehicles and reports any issues. Ensures vehicle cleanliness and compliant with preventive maintenance., • Conducts associate performance evaluations., • Other tasks as needed. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to work independently with little supervision., • Excellent Customer Service and Inventory Skills., • Professional Image & Demeanor., • Must possess a valid NYS Driver License, • SERV Safe Food Handlers Certification, • Flexible schedule hours and job duties., • Work well under pressure from client’s demands.
