Key responsibilities: Measuring and mixing the dough Kneading & proofing the dough Rolling out the dough and shopping the buns Baking the buns Icing the buns Packing/ Storing the buns for delivery’s Washing up the kitchen untitled and keeping the kitchen tidy after you are finished.
