This position would oversee different departments in the company and meet with the owner to go over reports and all numbers associated with projects and also with profitability of the company. Responsibilities: ● Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinating field technicians, managing service calendars, and updating job tickets. ● Customer Service: Handling incoming client inquiries, scheduling service calls, and managing complaints. ● Have the ability to work with customers and employees.
