In addition to a competitive salary, all employees are eligible for a comprehensive suite of additional benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.Responsibilities, • New Business Development (Hunting): Drive aggressive new logo acquisition within the NYC legal and professional services market through cold calling, networking, targeted outreach, and leveraging industry events., • Pipeline Management: Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline from initial lead generation to contract closure using our CRM system (HubSpot)., • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with C-level executives (e.g., CIOs, COOs, Managing Partners) to understand their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation challenges., • Solution Sales: Articulate the value proposition of IVIONICS’ core offerings, including:, • Managed IT Services (MSP/TechOps), • Advanced Cybersecurity & Compliance (TechRisk), • Cloud Services and Digital Transformation, • Legal Technology Consulting and AI Adoption, • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop and present tailored, value-based proposals and solutions that align with the client’s strategic business objectives and bottom line. Negotiate contracts and pricing to finalize new business agreements., • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on legal industry trends, technology needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure effective positioning of IVIONICS’ services., • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful B2B "hunter" sales experience, with a verifiable track record of exceeding quotas in Managed Services, IT Solutions, or Legal/Professional Services Technology., • Industry Knowledge (Required): A strong understanding of the legal industry's operational, technical, and regulatory environment is highly preferred (e.g., data governance, cybersecurity compliance, document management systems)., • Technical Acumen: Foundational knowledge of Managed IT Services concepts, including cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, network infrastructure, and help desk support., • Sales Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
